There are some services that we must let you know about...

• We can arrange whale watching, rafting, and river tracing trips on our behalf, and provide free introduction to professional tour guide charter services.
• Free travel consultation - introduce Hualien's ecology and humanities, recommend private house attractions... private house food introduction and map are ready for you, just come~.
• Public facilities, wireless broadband Internet access...use it to your heart's content~.
• The host madam cooks a healthy breakfast (mainly with low food mileage ingredients), served from 7:00~9:00 (vegetarians, seniors or young children can inform in advance).
• We use imported bed sheets (Kuan Ting, Gaotis, Victorian Gardan...) and ensure that they are replaced after each stay. They are washed by hand. No chemical detergents, white sheets (needs to be bleached with strong detergent), or lace gauze ( Easy to hide dust) and create an allergen-free environment~

Booking Instructions

• In order to provide the best quality of service. We accept the guest who takes reservation only.
• Please check your reservation and confirmation online before you visit Breathe B&B.
• In additional, upon receiving the information, we would reply in the same manner to confirm and complete the reservation procedure.

Housing Instructions

• Check-in time is 16:00~19:00, reservations can be made at other times, and check-out is before 11:00. You can also make a reservation to leave your luggage!
• Double rooms can accommodate up to 2 guests, and quadruple rooms can accommodate up to 4 guests. Extra bed service is not provided. Children under 110cm in height can be added (without occupying a bed), and a cleaning fee of NTD 200 yuan per person will be charged.
• If the number of guests exceeds the agreed number of people entering the room, the B&B has the right to refuse the guest to check in and confiscate the deposit.
• In order to safeguard the rights and interests of all travelers,we allow pets to stay, but please be sure to abide by the following regulations on site.：
  1. The principle is that pets should not go to bed, their urination and barking can be controlled, and they will not affect others.
  2. There is no cleaning fee, but please do the basic cleaning and restore it to its original condition (you can borrow cleaning supplies to handle it yourself!).
  3. For the sake of peace among pets, we only accepts one group of pets per day (Limited to two pets per room). Room types are arranged by Breathing.
  4. Please protect and cherish pet resources together!
• To maintain a peaceful co-living environment, please refrain from making loud noises after 11 p.m.
• Smoking, drinking, eating betel nuts, and using fireworks, torches, cannons, and other similar products are strictly prohibited indoors.

Keep deposit, payment and refund instructions

• Here are the rules regarding cancelling a reservation: Full refund on deposit if cancelling 10 days before reserved date.
• 50% refund on deposit if cancelling 3-9 days before reserved date
• No refund on deposit if cancelling 1~2 days and on reserved date
• Full refund on deposit in the event of irreversible factors such as natural disaster, typhoon (according to issued sea alerts by the Central Weather Bureau) and earthquake.
